Welcome to Akupara Yoga

I started this project as a way for me to bring healthy movement to everyone everywhere with mobility for Ashtanga. And to be able to do this from wherever I am in the world.
From always having a diverse movement practice throughout my life, I learned one thing: to listen to my body. Because it is the most important thing when you want to keep moving throughout your life for as long as possible.
Join me if you want to establish a movement practice that will keep you on your toes and that can adapt to every phase in your life.

 Once you decide to join me for a course you only need to sign up with your name and e-mail address and you’re good to go with any payment option you’d like. 🙂

 

You find all the pricing option over on momoyoga as well (of course you can drop in for a free try out session). 

Everyone should be able to do yoga. If my pricing is not within your range, please talk to me and we will find a way.
