Welcome to the world of breath.
I cover topics from pranayama techniques, where they come from, and what they do, to breathing therapy, and breathwork done in freediving.
All of the lessons aim to calm your nervous system and better your breathing in the moment and in the long run.
It is hugely advantageous to know your way around your body in that regard.
I will teach you all that I know to feel comfortable and able in your body.

Have a good support for sitting comfortably and a blanket for longer sequences lying down.
